What Is Graphology?
Graphology is the science that studies the physical characteristics of the handwriting.

Handwriting analysis relates to any graphic expression that lives a recorded mark, and the intent behind the analysis is to get at the unspoken, psychological dynamics of the writer's expression. It does not judge the appearance of the handwriting as aesthetic or not, but examines more closely the specific physical features of the handwriting beyond its surface appearance. It reveals, through character, the distinction between what other people see on the surface of personality and what an analyst expert can see in the deeper motivations of the writer.

Handwriting is an unconscious dance of contract & release where the writer, shows unintended movements which express the writer's unconscious motivations, that then show up as variations from the original form of the intended letters.
Like in a handshake, which is spontaneous, the writer's character is expressed by the amount of tension in their hand.
